Berlin-based Aera has been travelling off the beaten path ever since he first went on the road with his Aleph Music label back in 2010. With a steady solo output, he laid out his very own topography in the borderlands in between House, UK Bass and Psychedelia, gaining praise for his creative and non-conformist soundscapes.
In 2013 Aera released his debut album Offseason Traveller - a personal notebook of his voyage of discovery to the vast landscapes of Peru, drawing upon influences as diverse as German krautrock, Detroit machine funk, South American ethnic percussion and UK bass music.
Apart from various collabs and his side project Goldwill, Aera has been busy remixing artists such as Tevo Howard, Luomo or DJ Kaos and appeared on labels like Buzzin' Fly, Circus Company or Future Classic, just to name a few.
Always on the road, he has brought his captivating and energetic liveset to dancefloors all over Europe, Turkey and South America. He also held his own labelnight at the infamous Horst Krzbrg in Berlin where he invited guest such as The Mole and Mano Le Tough.
